High-voltage switches

We offer a wide range of switches:

  • Up to 20 kV voltage swings

  • Variable slew rate: <10 ns/kV up to >100 ns/kV

  • Minimum pulse width as short as 10 ns

    • No maximum pulse duration

  • Maximum repetition rate up to 2 MHz

    • Maximum repetition rate of 1 kHz @ 20 kV

  • Available polarized or bipolar

    • 3-state switching and n-state multiplexing possible with bipolar configurations
