High-Voltage Switches
We have several off-the-shelf high-voltage switch designs available, up to 20 kV. We offer polarized and bipolar switches. Most designs include slew rate adjustment. Bipolar switch design can be extended to produce high-speed, high-voltage 3-state switches or n-state multiplexors. We also offer GaN FET based complementary switch pairs for e.g. Bradbury-Neilson gate drivers. We can design custom options to meet most any needs.

Raspberry Pi headers
